Julie and Bob, it has been almost a year since I started your 13 week program Access to Capital Academy.
Because of the Access to Capital Academy:
- I have accurate financial information for my business. Now I have Profit and Loss statements that are accurate and that I trust. The Balance Sheet makes sense and I know my numbers on a monthly basis. So far this year, we are up 18.7% in revenues and even more importantly 42.4% in profits.
- Products are reviewed on a regular basis for turnover, margin and insure they are in alignment with our ever-evolving focus.
- We had a very nice website. However, we had no visibility. Now we rank in the number one and two positions for the keywords that most identify us to our potential client base.
- 90% of the proceedures for how to operate the business (employeee manual) have been completed.
- The other biggest impact… is the view the business as an observer. I work on my business, not in my business.
- I’m also aware of programs offered through the city of Phoenix and ASBA that I would never have known about.
It’s an amazing program.
